I’ve been here with a group of friends and we all agree that it’s been awful. We were a group of 14 people who got sat down next to another table of really disrespectful ladies who were really loud thru out the entire dinner. The service was really slow and we had to call the waiters multiple times : first serving ice cream with no spoons, then missing something in a order. The food arrived for everybody except for 2 people who got the food after 20 mins when other tables were served. The food itself was not good: I got an omelet with frenchfries that tasted awful. They were cold and spongy like left there for hours . Other people at the table left their food as well. Everything was in the worst chaos ever: the table of 20 girls next to us was going wild, screaming, clapping etc - when we asked the waiters multiple times to ask them to be a lil more calm and quite they did not do anything. I am aware that the restaurant doesn’t choose its customer but at least do something to create a nice place for everybody. Just going to add that as soon as we got up the girls started beating hands on the table and flipping us off (doing the middle finger) . At the moment of payment our discomfort and frustration was ,another time , made it clear to the owner. I am definitely not suggesting this place

We (4 adults) were recommended the restaurant by our hotel. We arrived around 17:00, so after lunch but before dinner. Thank goodness we did as by 19:00 there queue outside with locals was very long. I guess if locals eat here that says it all, it must be good. We tried the Francesinha and were not disappointed in anyway. The ladies shared one between them as they are certainly not small. Washed down with a couple of bottles of house red and what a great, inexpensive, tasty and filling meal. Our waiter Vitor was superb and we can't thank him enough as he was totally rushed off his feet but still managed to provide an excellent service..

This was a real local restaurant with really good food. We had to que for about twenty minutes to get a table be it was worth the wait. Really good food freshly cooked. I will go there again if i am back in Porto

This isnt an awful place, not at all, the staff was helpful ,which know enough English. However, the chips came cold and wet, we got the lasagna, fried calamari rings, veal burger and more, the amount of food was negligible, u couldnt even taste if the rings had calamari, they could have easily swapped it for something else and we wouldnt have guessed. As far as i know their drinks are nice, beer, tea though the amount is always small.
