My experience was horrible, I had a terrible time, it has left me with a lifelong memory that torments my nights.It took them more than 3 hours to serve us, they forgot the orders they made, until you asked the waiters they did not clarify that there were dishes that were not left.In short, if this restaurant appears on the show Kitchen Nightmare, it will surely be the most watched episode of the entire program.

The service is horrible, slow, with total indifference towards customers and zero friendliness.Then the hygiene... disgusting. 2 glasses came to my table and they were completely dirty. They had lipstick marks and full of finger marks. When we asked to change the waitress still looked superior as if we were doing something out of the ordinary. I'm sorry, but if hygiene isn't even taken into account, that's the company's identity. If I could I would give -1 star.

Lunch was simply horrible. I ordered francesinha and I waited 1h30 with the owner of the establishment while shouting loudly at the staff. It was chaos, a house was literally on fire. I even witnessed an argument between a customer and the owner of the 'restaurant' due to the excessive delay, the excuse was always "let the customers know that the kitchen is late".After 1h30, the so-called francesinha came, which was horrendous, a watery sauce, the toast bread was harder than the notoriously frozen dish. I just recommend visiting the ASAE establishment.
Despite being close to the road, you feel peace, the view is good, the service is top, good atmosphere...

Restaurant right in front of the Viana Cultural Center. Space with terrace. Mediocre service, I waited 30 minutes for a francesinha with a watery sauce, with mustard flavor and toasted bread...very bad!!! I couldn't eat even half of it... Cachorro especial the same thing...the regular Cachorro escapes, as well as the tuna paste sandwich... average price. I do not advise, slow service and poor quality... AVOID!!!
