After fasting for 8 hours to take a test at the hospital in Viana, I found out that it wasn't even sour cherry.

I'm a big fan of KFC's cold chicken, and a regular customer. but it was the last visit to KFC in Viana do Castelo. I was no longer used to the same quality as others I visited but it was acceptable. but this time it was a disaster, 25 minutes of waiting to eat fast food with half a dozen people in the restaurant and having to deliver the order in pieces. The pieces of chicken arrived completely intractable, full of fat and still frozen on top of the knee. Without a doubt the worst experience and service I've had at this fast food chain.

Being French, impossible to make yourself understood in Portuguese or English, never again
Today it happened that fried chicken was so dry that I couldn't even eat it, it's a shame I didn't notice it at the time until I got home and it's a shame

Terrible sanitary facilities.
As you can see in the photographs, the toilet lid was broken and everything was rusty.
Unfortunate for a chain like this.

Reduced space; automatic doors that open by themselves letting the cold and rain in, the first experience really was a bit disappointing. On another occasion it went better and we were able to enjoy the house specialties.
