The person at the box was extremely unpleasant. He gave me a tray with a hot plate without telling me or making an effort to direct me (I don't speak Portuguese). Result: a very bad burn and no apology from her, who even cleared her name. A totally wasted experience. The food was good.

Disappointed me. Whenever I went to the Mall, I usually ate there. And the truth is, the treatment and the food were what was expected in quality/price. But the other day, I didn't like the attitude. After almost finishing eating, I found a hair in the food. I went to warn them, more than anything so they could be attentive. Without further ado. We had already eaten, paid and were ready to leave, but what was my surprise that the person I showed the hair and the manager, gave nothing of importance. In fact, almost telling me that it could come through the air, etc. We found it, mixed with rice.
It wasn't just that comment that he didn't even deign to "feign" to inform the kitchen of the event.
Afterwards, since he saw us "angry" and we could ask for the complaints book, he came to us with a dessert, which we did not order. There were 3 of us and he dropped that plate on the table as if it were "to shut us up."
A simple, "I'm sorry, it won't happen again" whether you're right or not. Nothing would happen and he would be the same regular customer as always. An oversight can occur, normal. But "THE ATTITUDE" has to belong to the people.
Maybe it's something specific, but they have to understand that a different type of attitude must be shown towards the client. Obrigado / Thank you.

My recent visit to this restaurant was met with expectations of a delightful "Picanha à Brasileira," but unfortunately, it fell short. The side dishes significantly detracted from the overall experience: the beans were undercooked and hard, the fries slightly burnt, and the farofa lacked any discernible flavor, rendering it quite tasteless.The meat, a crucial component of "Picanha à Brasileira," was only OK. It neither impressed nor compensated for the lackluster sides. Given the importance of this dish in Brazilian cuisine, the quality presented was disappointing and did not live up to the anticipated standards.An important note for future patrons is the restaurant's unique pricing strategy. Dining inside the restaurant comes with a higher price tag for the same dishes available at the shopping food court, where you have the option to eat without the additional cost. This pricing approach, coupled with the quality of the food, suggests that the restaurant might not offer the best value for your money.In conclusion, while the restaurant provides an option to experience "Picanha à Brasileira," the overall quality and value proposition are lacking. Considering the variety of dining options available in the city, you might find more satisfying meals elsewhere for a similar price.

Low quality price, bad problem solving.Out of context serve raw rice 2X in a row and the second time say you can't do anything because it's the rice (there is a tutorial on how to make rice 7-10 min)(waiting time after 1 complaint out of 30)Completely salted goat having to go back incombustible, as an apology a picanha with a completely burnt flavor with charcoal steaks from other grills.Anyway!!! Sad where one night ends by not eating anything and leaving dissatisfied with having to pay for such poor service. I hope that with this they manage to review the mistakes and improve because mistakes we can all make now incompetence and lack of common sense for the Consumer is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service, quality of food (francesinhas), the worst we've eaten to date. A NEVER repeat. The employees all seem like they are doing the customers a favor and it's a big "freight" for them!!!!! The worst!!!!!!
