Terrible experience. We arrived at 2:10 p.m. with a baby. The manager tells us that we have to wait. After more than half an hour we ask if it will take them too long to give us a table because we see that there are people who are coming in and have arrived later. He tells me to forgive him, he had forgotten about us. He sits us at the entrance, at a shared table that is not in the restaurant area. It offers us a menu of snacks, not the usual menu. When we ask him, he tells us that there is a lot of commotion in the kitchen today and that he has just decided to close the kitchen early, obviously without notice. We have left disappointed and angry. It is the first time that this has happened to us in Portugal, a country that we adore and whose service has always been impeccable. On the other hand, the treatment of this person in this restaurant seemed extremely regrettable and disastrous.

We ate three nights at this location. The quality of the food is superior to the price. Really very rich for the price it has. The place is beautiful and the attention is very good. We were looking forward to trying the desserts, we were so full that we couldn't get there. The 4 stars are only because the wine was always very hot ? but it is a place to eat well and enjoy.

O Hotel é incrivel, os funcionários são de uma simpatia fabulosa. Fui sozinha mas senti-me sempre acolhida. A massagem no SPA tem uma qualidade premium. Vou seguramente voltar, mas com sol, porque choveu o tempo todo.
