However I clean everything simply because it was so good. Finished with a nice dessert « bolo de bolacha » home made as all you’ll eat here. Extremely rude, impolite service. We were with friends and their children who had previously eaten elsewhere, so we didn't order for them. We were surprised that the owner, without any reason and without trying to explain anything, threatened that either the order would be for everyone or the police would take care of you. We will never stay there again. I hope that this scandalous behavior will have negative financial consequences for the place. The place serves a menu for pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela, so I do not recommend it to all interested pilgrims.

PILGRIMS BEWARE We stayed overnight nearby and saw the good ratings this place had. I got the meat pilgrim meal and my gf got the fish pilgrim pancake and they were unidentifiable. We could not have been more disappointed after a hard day of walking. Don’t be fooled by the pilgrims deal - neither the volume or the quality was worth the cheap price you pay. Bon Caminho!

We really fell in love with the restaurant and its owner. We were welcomed very nicely and the menu was explained to us, even though the owners hardly speak English/German. Nevertheless, you have put in an incredible amount of effort. We had a menu with soup & fish and an extra dish. Everything was delicious and the price couldn't be beat. You sit quietly and comfortably. The restaurant and the outdoor area are very clean. A must when in Viano.

Unfortunately, the opening times are wrong online, but when we were waiting and the owner saw us, the gentleman was kind enough to let us in early so we could wait in the warm... there are also pilgrim menus here with soup, bread, and so on Main course for a really good price...highly recommended

If you are a pilgrim and you're on a budget, I'm warmly recommend this restaurant. The host is warm and kind and you can have a Pilgrim menu for only 9€ meat/fish, soup and a drink. The offer vegetarian menu too.
