I ordered a pizza 1 hour in advance, and after 1 hour and 25 minutes I called to ask how the situation was. They informed me that it was still coming out of the oven. I informed them that I no longer wanted the pizza, to which I was told that they would no longer accept pizza from me either, speaking in an aggressive manner!!

The pizzas were quite good but the information when ordering, both from the premises' own posters and information brochures and, especially, from the saleswoman who served us was conspicuous by its absence. On the other hand, they did not have mineral water in the premises, giving us no other option to drink than artificial carbonated or caffeinated drinks.

Servicio bastante pésimo el de este Telepizza, sobre todo por la que atiende en caja. Preguntamos acerca de las promociones que tenian y no supo decir, hasta que las leimos en el cartel, entonces ya si nos informo. Tampoco nos dio a elegir sobre productos que nos entraban, si no que nos los eligieron ellos. Las pizzas eso si, estaban buenas.

This time I decided to eat at the pizzeria instead of eating at home. Very good service and the pizza was super filling and tasty.
Pizza was supposed to be ready when we arrived as we had ordered it for a certain time. It wasn't even started at that time. It was not even done half an hour later. As we had paid we had to stay.
