We have been on vacation. Super attentive and friendly staff. We ordered the house's quintessential cake. I'm not much of a sweet tooth, so I can say that it was spectacular. A kind of Suso with sugar and cinnamon filled with cream, it is called Natário ball. If I return to Viana do Castelo, I will return.

We went in the morning, around 11 am local time, we wanted to have 2 coffees with milk, one of them with ice. It turns out that here they don't know how to make coffee with milk or ice, and if that weren't enough, they must have gone out of their way when doing so and they served it to us anyway with the whole cup of coffee. The pastry is good, but it doesn't help to save a bad coffee.

We were seated and it took them a while to serve us, they told us to wait about 10 minutes for the cakes, and they spent about 25 minutes bringing them. They didn't have the typical cream puffs or even half of the others. And the service was pretty lousy.
