There are no words to describe the quality of this restaurant. I had been there a few years ago and remembered that I had eaten well. Today was simply fantastic, nothing to write home about, service, food, everything was impeccable!!!
House small in size but big in terms of gastronomic quality and the friendliness of the owners. Alheira, steak, bean rice and top-notch fries. To finish, a burnt cream like few others. The house wine (Transmontano de Vidago) goes very well with the meal. Five stars!!

Cook who puts real effort into what he does.
Service at tables was cordial but not empathetic, nor very friendly.
Table reservation required. We went without a reservation and despite it being 6:50 pm there were no spaces left. We ended up convincing the owners to serve us dinner on the cold terrace (but it was worth it). One of the best meals of my life.
