We found this gem random on a google research and: thank god! Mr Luis was AMAZING! great outdoor seating.. amazing meat.. some starters to kick it off.. bolo bolacha was yummy too and the serve white wine of quinta da lixa! Yum! We loved it and will def come back!

I went here by recommendation from the hotel I was in. It was required to book as it’s quite full of people. This is not a restaurant for me for a few reasons, first of all you never get to see a menu, you’re served some starters even without asking for it or knowing the prices, second when you finish the starters the owner will come to the table to ask you to choose between 2 dishes. We choose the steak which it was quite undercooked despite asking for a well done, it was returned to grill a bit more but again wasn’t enough cooked and you feel like you supposed to eat not properly cooked, also the peas rice was a bit too strong as that rice is cooked with chorizo and other cold meets. The flavour of the bits that are more grilled it is incredibly, the undercooked areas are too difficult for to say anything about it as I don’t really enjoy medium rare steak. At the end when you ask for the bill you’ll realise how much you’ll be paying for each item. I felt like I paid too much for the starter. This is not the kind of restaurant that I like it as I like everything very clear from the beginning.
