Cozy place, very kind staff, superlative cuisine. The cataplana is excellent.
Everything went pretty well! The restaurant is close to the center and is a quiet and clean place. The food, classic Portuguese, was quite good and the prices were well suited to the dish. The waitresses were very friendly and smiling. Very cozy, indeed!

Unfortunately the waiting time is quite long. We waited an hour just for one of the dishes to arrive where I can add that the dishes did not come at the same time. The table was also not set, the food arrived and neither plates, nor cutlery nor glasses were on the table, even after reminding the waitresses of the need for them. The food was quality but not worth it.

Very bad service but bad bad bad. On top of that, I find a hair covered in the food and they don't even apologize and on top of that I hear them say that I'm blonde and maybe I've gone to the bathroom to tear out my hair and put it on the plate. I have not formed an espolio because I have more education than all of them. I have come many times without a doubt today was the last because a hair falls out of anyone but the little shame they have shown surpasses everything.

Service leaves a lot to be desired, waiting time is about an hour. When I walked in and ordered shots for two, there were about four tables occupied. The restaurant was full with around fifteen tables, the order in which the food arrived was random, with customers being served first than those who had already been waiting for more than 45 minutes. At the end I asked for an invoice with a taxpayer number, indicated by me. What was my surprise, when I got home I noticed that my NIF was not included on the invoice. I don't recommend it, this is for me the worst restaurant I've been to in the Algarve.
