I would just like to add a clarification regarding Clément Ozouf's comment: I am sure I ordered a bife uruguayo, not wagyu as you say in your answer, meat which cost twice as much. When she brought it to me at the table, the waitress did say that it was an urugayo, otherwise I would have reacted. This is especially what surprised me in the note.
