I recommend the special Francesinha. The picanha is also very good and well served, I just didn't think the beans were anything special. The vegetable soup is very good and if you order it, it is served for the little ones. Prices vary a lot from what is asked, there is something for all "wallets". They could have someone to manage the entrances when it's very busy but we didn't wait long any of the times we went there. If I go to Vila do Conde, I prefer to go there.

Sadly the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had!
I got fried sardines with single piece of salad and grated carrots - on the side was rice with beans. The rice and beans were served in a pot, with what looked (and tasted) like the ricewater from the boil. Both the rice and beans were so overcooked and it tasted just, bland… I tried adding salt and pepper to the pot which did not help. The fried sardines were stale and tasteless too.
Now comes the real disappointment; Never before have I addressed an issue with any restaurant food, but I couldn’t help it. I politely informed the waiter of the inconvenience with my dish, and he went to the manager. The manager would not discount nor compensate in any other way ~ at last, a younger, very respectful waiter came to our table, and was sorry for the situation. He too, went to the manager by his own decision, but nothing came from it apart from a foolish excuse, that they “use very little salt and pepper, because there are kids and seniors eating there”. yup, all the kids ordering the sardine dish wouldn’t want to have ‘taste’ to their rice? ~ next time I “should make notice of what I prefer before ordering”. I can’t even believe it.
I recommend you to never step foot inside this “restaurant”.

I've already eaten very well at this restaurant, but today we ordered sea soup, delicious but super spicy, without being told, conclusion: I couldn't finish eating. And I had to pay!.. regrettable ?
Lots of queues, either you go at 12pm when it opens or you have to wait a long time. Picanha nothing special, but well served. Reasonable staff. Small space for the number of customers, a little cramped.

In relation to what we ate, it should have been much better, some of the seafood we ate was a little dry (either poorly cooked or frozen. As for the service, it was weak, but it is understandable because the boy was young, however, since he was new he should have been helped by someone more experienced. As for the space, it's beautiful, right on the seafront.

Marvelous. The food was exquisite and the waiters were very nice and attentive, especially Diego and Angie who were super friendly at all times. We went to the restaurant several times and it was a success. The place is super clean and right on the beach. Super happy.
