A very well located restaurant with a good atmosphere and pleasant decor. The experience could have been very good if not for several points from the start which detracted from the evening. Firstly, we discovered that when there are several people at the same table, all the people at the table must choose the same tasting menu... We still asked twice and also to the chef who confirmed this choice of organization for reasons of practicality for the kitchen. Basically even if one of the people wants to eat à la carte, they cannot and must follow the others. This is the first time this has happened to me, especially in restaurants in this price range which normally try to favor an optimal personal experience. Then, we ask for fresh still water, we are served a carafe of "treated" water at room temperature... We ask the waitress who apologizes, leaves with the carafe and always comes back with a new one also lukewarm in asking ourselves if it's better. We say no, we ask for a bucket tray to cool with ice cubes to put the carafe in but a new waiter comes back with a new carafe that they put in the refrigerator for a few minutes, asking us if it's better. We specify that no and ask again for a bucket with ice which they finally serve us! In terms of food, there are interesting dishes that could be improved, for example the fish dish with sea bass and shellfish rice. The rice was excellent and very powerful, completely taking over the sea bass which was slightly overcooked. Damage On the meat side, a perfectly cooked veal with a fabulous sauce but vegetables without seasoning, a candied potato but which had a texture and taste of uninteresting boiled potatoes and a good porto bello but steamed without much interest either. to my taste in front of superb meat and sauce. The finale with a molded raspberry sorbet, a little crumble and an ice cream on the side. For an 80€ menu it's disappointing.
