Our family of 5 dined here for a late lunch, 2:15pm after a grueling Camino Hike of 25km in 85’ plus heat! From abundant ice water to cracking bread (crunchy outside, light as air inside). Wine list offers a bounty for every palate and dish on the menu! Wait staff treated us as special guests despite our inappropriate attire (we had not yet changed into our post hiking clothes), and yet management was understanding; however, in the future I will ensure that our men wear button down collars and long pants. Ladies should be dressed in professional attire as well: dress with scarf or pantsuit… yes, the atmosphere, service and quality of the food will impress you!!! Make sure to shower and dress appropriately AND definitely make a reservation.

I’ve eaten at several restaurants in this area, but always overlook this one… This time I decided to give it a go. The food was all fresh & great. The staff is very attentive & professional. They even have a cool Vespa inside the restaurant. Overall, two big thumbs up

Fabulous food, service and view! We ordered the lamb and were delighted. It was flavorful and tender and a nice change from all of the sea food we’d been eating. We splurged on cheesecake with berries for dessert and were very glad we did. We decided not to share and that turned out to be a great decision since we might have had to fight over who got the last bite. I highly recommend this place!

Very beautiful to walk around, and spend a very pleasant day. With many restaurants in this area where we can have lunch. Vila do Conde is very beautiful, with beautiful and well-maintained spaces and has a lot to offer those who visit. I recommend.

Post-rain storm, on a chilly night, we were greeted at this restaurant and allowed to dine outside. The view of the waterfront and activity on the water, made for a delightful evening. The server was friendly, helpful recommending fresh fish of the day, and spoke excellent English. He even brought us blankets in case we were chilled. The fish was grilled just around the corner from our table -- smells were terrific. The grilled fish was excellent as was the cod fritters. Highly recommended!

The owner is on site. The outdoor charcoal grill is run by a master of the art. Go for the grilled local fish or the "seafood rice". You will truly enjoy.

We had an excellent dinner! The sea bass was very delicious as was the appetizer and cheesecake desserts. Highly recommend. Our server Marco was very gracious and informative.
Amazing cozy place, food, wine experience!! Great place to have delicious fresh, grilled fish with different option sides (tomato rice is amazing). Ask for a Portuguese wine suggestion, you will be positively surprised. Amazing stuff, family atmosphere, always trying to anticipate your needs!! Amazing experience ??? Thank you!!

We ate at lunchtime, we were attracted by the location near the (new) old ship and the fact that their menu clearly had a vegetarian option for my partner. My son had a very large kid's steak while the rest of us enjoyed nice fresh fish from the day's catch, grilled there and then. The owner and waiters were very friendly and we had a nice time. The vegetarian dish (the brás) was large, tasty and appreciated after so many omelettes at other places.

I was amazed by the "bacalau" dish. First the size of the plate and second the taste! I am normally considered pretty demanding and to say this was one of the best fishes i ever ate goes a long mile! Service was very nice and welcoming. Absolutely recommended!

The worst restaurant in Vila do Conde you can find. Terrible food and they sell you some additional dishes which are not in the menu and they charge you crazy price for this. For example we paid for 6 shrimps 45 eur. And it was terrible! When I asked to show me any oferta they had nothing to show, just forced me to pay!
