We've come here many times when Zequinha was here and the boy who was here with him. Today, without either of them present, it was clear that D. Dinis is a ship adrift. 15 minutes of trying to call (either gesture or verbally) the staff to ask for 2 more fines and nothing, as they didn't even look at the table. 3 employees serving a table of 4 people. 1 particularly rude employee, to say the least. 15 minutes to bring toothpicks and he wasn't even the one who brought them. It was regrettable, not to say shameful. I hope it doesn't happen again

What can I say about this experience! Terrible negative, I don't recommend it. I can start by adding two bowls of olives for nine people, a bowl half the size of a bowl with stewed meat, another with tuna and chickpeas and two bags of bread for nine adults! Then the drinks came but always with our insistence, we asked for ice which only came at the end after asking for millstones throughout the meal, the salad we ordered never came, cod for three people there were only two pieces of cod to serve, picanha was two slices duper small per person since a platter for three had six small pieces, only the pre-frozen fries came in abundance, the arrogance and bad service and "dirty" conversation already left us quite uncomfortable, followed by a loud mouth. who met with one of the nine people quite mean and aggressive, as well as when they requested an invoice from the taxpayer, he was distressed, he recorded on the invoice €30 worth of food for two people, €3 worth of starters and €1 worth of olives, he didn't describe the drink or the accompaniments that he demanded from us to pay two bottles of Garcia couple for €10 each. Terrible service, poorly treated the customer who left with tears in her eyes, she had certainly received a complaint, as we realized by her blushing and the words that were said that she was drunk, as well as we were still eating the birthday cake and was just hitting the I pressed the coffee handle hard and it still just said (that it had to close and more to do) even though there were still two people having dinner in the room. After a long journey to Vila Flor, it was time for lunch and we went in search of a place to eat a good steak, as is tradition in the region. Since we were no longer in time to reach Mirandela, we decided, following local advice, to try the restaurant that serves the best in Vila Flor... We arrived at the place and the atmosphere was cold... The bread was already dry and served in a small bag. hygienic, the chickpeas were still hard and undercooked with poor quality chorizo... We ordered the house red wine, which we were assured was ripe... a powerful verdasco red that remained almost entirely in the bottle... finally came the desired serving... I can't say it was bad... reasonable so as not to be unfair... but the fact that the meat is cut into strips, a little dry, some parts like charcoal, some strips dry, others more tender, others more raw, others fully cooked... everything leads me to believe that they were strips of various pieces of meat... the service was just like everything else... the 3 people who served, looked like they were shipping and very unfriendly... It had everything to be a good experience, a sunny day, a peaceful trip, a walk around Vila Flor... but not even the hunger we felt at 2pm helped... I certainly won't repeat it, I don't even advise it. One of the worst experiences lately... in the photos it even looks appetizing... but it wasn't...
