From the moment we entered the restaurant we received poor service, both from the employee and the owner of the establishment.
We ordered a dose of picanha for each of us and when it arrived at the table there was a dose of picanha for two!!
As soon as they put down the board with the meat, the smell was so strange that we didn't even ask for the missing portion. Let's not even talk about the flavor.
The service is deplorable. The employee turnover in this space is absurd. Every time we go there, there are different employees.
It's safe to say that this was the last time we visited the brisoubar.
I am very surprised that both the employees and the owner of the establishment, having seen that two people ate two miserable pieces of picanha and left the rest (which were just two more and tiny ones), did not have all the courtesy to ask if something was wrong .
It's just sad and pitiful.

Parking: The pizzas are good. Pleasant service. Didn't try the hamburgers or the traditional dishes. It will be for next time. For now the best pizzas in Arcos de Valdevez.

It's incredible how in the 21st century a company still doesn't have a communications manager who can think about the issues of the relationship between brand and customers, ensuring that if they go on vacation, they at least update their Google My Business radius with that information, preventing potential customers go to the place based on a recommendation without finding their nose in the door.
