I ordered a hamburger from them, besides it was very poor, it didn't deserve the price... the tuna toast was too bad... the owner of the establishment was very unfriendly and had no way of serving the public... I won't go back there nor recommend it... there is other places are much more affordable with much better food and service...

Dear Sir, Following the response to my review left previously, I have to say that a response like this coming from the owner of an establishment is quite revolting. Not only are you not willing to listen to customer feedback, but you say it is unreasonable? Absolutely unacceptable.
As I said, others were treated in my place while I was waiting. The least they could have done was apologize for the wait and ensure that she would be attended to. The city's festivities are no excuse for poor service.
Another point I want to add is that serving customers from several other countries does not prevent you from being racist.
Having said that, I hope you can consider this "unfortunate and unreasonable" feedback of mine, but sincere and that you treat your future customers better because attitudes and responses like these only guarantee that the customer will not return to your establishment, in addition to denigrating your own image.
It is the constructive criticism made by customers that guarantees the evolution of any establishment.

Racist. Not safe or friendly towards people of colour.
The older lady was serving literally every white Portuguese person in the cafe. She was serving the people lady in front of me and some people who were not in the queue. She fully ignored me and I was standing there for quite a few minutes.
Rubbish behaviour. Utterly disappointed to know this behaviour still exists in the 21st century in Portugal.

Pleasant experience, welcoming space (in my opinion it could have had ambient sound to make the atmosphere 5*) but only good things to say, as there is friendliness in the service and the food, in addition to being good, has great prices... Space that I suggest it and I will come back whenever I pass by!
