Good food as always, the only thing that was a "problem" was the payment part on the self-service machines, the payment wasn't working so I had to go pay at the cashier and there was a huge queue and only one person serving.

It's better than when it opened 3 years ago but the service still needs to improve. Friendly and helpful staff, but they still take longer than expected in a fast food service. Offer on discontinued automatic machines that require reformulation at the counter and current offer without appearing on the machines (requires separate purchase at the counter).

Vegetarian options: Anyone who goes to BK to eat vegetarian doesn't deserve comments ?

Parking: Free own parking. Next street with around 40 free spaces. More locations less than 200 meters with free parking

Kid-friendliness: Children's playground included.

Since it is a restaurant chain, it should be the same for all regardless of internal policies or ""internal rules"".
He was harmed because I am a regular Burger King customer, especially at UBBO.
I ASKED FOR ONE OF THE CURRENT PROMOTIONS (2 MENUS FOR €10).
And I was denied and was told that only in the drive and not inside the store... I didn't like it but I respected it initially by buying another promotion in effect on the app.
However, I went to the self-service machine and the so-called 2 menus for €10 promotion was available. I called the manager and he simply told me that it was a system error... and that he was sorry even though he was right...
In my order there was the long chicken...but the bun was round, like a normal hamburger. Not the traditional long chicken.

And then a situation arose with such a promotion that I had purchased...because there was an ice cream in the menu in the application but there was no such indication on the receipt...they had to call the manager again...and the answer was... ."system error, can you give the ice cream""?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️.

There is no time that my order of 1 triplewhoop with extra fried onion does not go back.

This denotes a lack of responsibility in the people who assemble the product.

The products end up in the trash... it soon becomes an expense... but anyway...

Order placed through the website 1 hour in advance, when we arrived at the restaurant the item was out of stock, even though we accepted the order. Serious resolution to partial refund, which is not unreasonable. Complaint made in the complaints book
