Arrived to be served, been told our reservation was booked but could not let us in, been told 2 minutes late, when been awaiting down out the door reception. Been told of. With our booking place in. Where look somewhere else for dinner. Bad experience. Never again.
What escuse, I was awaiting at the reception to long then came down and then could not served us in our booking. Fair enough. Unprofessional and missing of character.

An absolute tourist spot. But very tasty food and it's a wonderful place to sit at the top. Basically good service. One caveat: we ordered a port wine without looking at the menu again. The port wine then appeared on the bill at €35 for 0.1 l. Luckily we had a glass for me ;-). And it wasn't even on the menu. He was already tasty. But a note about the price would have been very appropriate.

We went here for lunch and got a really nice table with lovely view on the island. The food was stunning. by far the best restaurant i have been in the whole azores. the delicious seafood was super fresh and grilled to perfection. the tuna as strater was amazing, the main dishes - depending on the catch available - was for all 5 different dishes we took excellent. you should not miss out on this one!
