Charming Ambiance marred by Tourist Trap Prices
This quaint restaurant exudes traditional Portuguese charm, offering classic regional dishes. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the prices are a shock. €18 for a simple plate of secretos de porco is outrageous, especially in an area known for targeting tourists with inflated prices. The sardines, a Portuguese staple, were disappointing, tasting like they were grilled electrically instead of on a traditional coal...

Cozy restaurant with very tasty local food and wine and excellent service. With some luck you will be pampered with a succulent (home grown) tomato salad by the owner. Fado on fridays. A place to visit and to return to.
Something happened to make it so different.
I ate low quality monkfish rice and in terms of desserts, there were almost none. The dessert fridge was almost empty and only had one or 2 servings left.
