Order for 2.5 chickens, we get home and only have two chickens. We called the restaurant, they doubted the word, they were offensive, they asked us to take the chicken as proof and when we returned to the restaurant with the chicken as requested, they suggested that we had taken the chicken and kept it at home!! We were robbed of half a chicken and half a potato, we were treated badly, the restaurant did not take responsibility. We've been ordering chicken from these guys for years, they've lost a customer and I hope they lose more because the whole neighborhood will hear about it!

Sabinos is a must-do any time I return to Manta Rota. The bife na pedra (steak on a stone) is an experience that you can't pass up and it is phenomenal. We have had others and it is the finest in the Algarve region. So intimate and enjoyable and the wait staff is a pleasure. Don't miss it!

It's a traditional little portuguese restaurant in a small village. If you're expecting something flashy or modern, it's not for you! However, if you are into quaint little places, I'd 100% recommend. My sister and I had the steak you cook yourself over the stone and the quality of the meat was spectacular! It came to 29EUR for the both of us and that included chips. Price to quality ratio was insane! In terms of service, they were efficient and gave us some recommendations on where to go out after which was very nice of them. Can't wait to go back!
