Perfect dinner, perfect wine and perfect service. One of our best experiences ever!
We went with high expectations and in general we liked the experience. However, there were a few things that were disappointing.First and foremost we were faced with unexpected changes to the menu during service. Red mullet dish was replaced by scorpion fish. Coincidentally this was the worst dish of the menu... Not good at all.Also the first desert of the menu was changed to aletria and we were not even informed about this.Second, the menu is overwhelmed by Indian flavours. It's a matter of taste and we didn't enjoy this choice. A curry mango cream for desert was not the right choice for us.Third, the dishes where the Indian flavours were less present, lacked the freshness punch. The sea urchin dish was a let down. The sea smell and flavour were swallowed by the intense onion.Finally we missed meeting the chef during service. Actually no one from the kitchen came to the room.On the positive side the service was good, wine choices were appropriate and no meat was present in the menu.We think this is a menu under development and hope next iteration will be much better. We also hope the communication becomes more transparent.For the price (around 250€ per head without wine harmonization) in our opinion we had better Michelin star experiences elsewhere.

A wonderful space, a surprising menu “from the first to the last bite”, a professional and at the same time close, friendly and fun team, a great ??? that will certainly continue to provide us with unforgettable moments, this is my description of the most a visit to the paradise that is “Vistas Rui Silvestre”!This time we went to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday and despite the chef ??? not being present, everything went perfectly ??Thank you, dear Sara Santos, for your usual good disposition and for ensuring perfect operation from start to finish ?Thank you to SOMMELIER José Marta for the excellent choice of wines ?Thank you ??? Leandro Lopes, the kitchen exceeded our expectations once again ?Thank you ??? Second experience in four months, and, once again, surprise after surprise in each of the dishes, several of them unbeatable. A symphony of flavors in your mouth.Chef Rui Silvestre also leads a sensational team, with the adorable Sara at the helm and managing the room, Leandro in the kitchen, and sommelier José sharing his vast knowledge of wines.The living room, with a large window to the garden, the dishes, the cutlery, everything was magnificent.It already deserves a second star, and also a third, since it is possibly the best in Portugal in my modest opinion.

Everything was perfect. The place is quiet and the restaurant has a nice view over the golf field. it must be wonderful when its warm to have the whole experience outside. As one would expect from a Michelin starred place it was spotless with the table set up perfectly. Its classically decorated, and balanced to keep your attention in the food. The service is welcoming, warm, thoughtful and most important, flawless. the pace was perfect and very well adjusted to the fact that I was dining alone completely focused on the food experience. Speaking of which, from start to finish I loved the menu. It's executed to perfection, well-balanced and so tasteful. For me personally that I'm a spices lover it couldn't have been better. Chef Rui Silvestre Asian influence is always present and the marriage between the Portuguese products and some Asian influence ( from India to Thailand ) is so well done that I finished the first part of the experience already wanting to come back. The wine pairing was also perfect. Due to the nature of the menu the complex white wines where the star, and again for my personal taste was a 10 out of 10 because I like complex whites and younger and easier reds. The sommelier is communicative , very nice and I had the opportunity to learn a few things which is always a plus. Chef Rui Silvestre thoughtful gesture to come to the table at the end of the experience was appreciated. Felt welcome from the moment I got there and had an amazing experience that in this kind of place is always what I am looking for. See you all at the end of the summer for sure :)
Incredible service at this michelin rated restaurant definitely definitely worth the experience once notwithstanding the cost
I greatly enjoyed the "pop up" at the pagoda in Tivoli Gardens during my recent visit to Copenhagen. The prix fixe menu and wine pairings were outstanding, as were the setting and service.
