Very arrogant quality of service

The attitude of the workers leaves much to be desired, they are listless. The terrace is always dirty even at times when there are no customers.
They forget many things, they have no organization, etc. The manager is not in charge of anything, she is inept and also has no manners. In short, it's a disaster, I usually come because it's two minutes from home, but if not, I wouldn't come.
PS: in summer it doesn't matter what temperature it is, they don't turn on the AC so it can also be considered a cooker. In the end.

An hour's wait for a small take-out order... We can understand that the large crowd requires a certain patience from the customer but there are limits for "fast" food. There is anarchy in the order processing order, the customer tracking screen is deactivated, we do not know if our order has really been taken into account or if it has been forgotten. Employees do what they can and we also pity them, but isn't it time to correct these seemingly recurring problems?

Worst Burger King we know. In addition to waiting 40 minutes for the order, the drinks that came out of the machine were just water, toilets without paper, and the staff were extremely slow! Even worse than all this, is the inertia of the person who comes to respond on behalf of the establishment to the criticisms left here. Because it appears to be a permanent situation and there is no concern about actually changing anything in favor of good service to the public.
