Some kiosks not working but other than that it’s all good. Clean toilets. Don’t forget to use coupons to save some money. We also got stamps for our peregrino passes which I am so happy about.
We repeated the visit today, the kiosk's ticket printer ran out of paper, we notified the manager who replaced it. We told him that we didn't have a ticket and that we had an ice cream to pick up later, he didn't care because the Cheo restaurant was full. When we went to order the ice cream ... The feeling was that we were paying for it, when we obviously paid for it. They gave us the ice cream they wanted and without the kit kat topping which was what we paid for.
Very long waiting times.They forget to add some food that was ordered and paid for!They forget to add ketchup when asked for more than once…They forget straws, anyway, in general the service is very bad, especially in the drive through where it becomes annoying having to go back to get a missing item and some guy won't even go...An error always happens, without fail.
