This restaurant was a surprise, for the worst of reasons. With a rating of 4.3 (at the moment) I expected something at least decent/good. Steak with mushrooms: overcooked, tough, a viscous and artificial mushroom sauce and frozen fries. House wine (white) absolutely inedible. I don't usually write many reviews but I couldn't pass up this site with an incomprehensible overall rating. I don't recommend it.

This gem of a cafe is located on a quiet tree-lined street that borders the river. Modern decor and welcoming staff greet you on entry. We enjoyed a delicious thin-crust Foz Special pizza and ice-cold beer, the perfect end to our 10 km beach walk from spectacular Amorosa Beach to Cabadelo. Our server was friendly, professional & gracious. He was comfortable with his English skills, far superior to our Portuguese! Obrigado!

The service is excellent (and very experienced - in a good way), the location, particularly the exterior, is very pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxed, ideal for a meal with family or friends.The menu is simple and the prices are good. It's a good place for a quick meal.
