Regrettably, I just entered the establishment and asked for a table for 5 adults and a child immediately and without any courtesy, the employee at the cashier immediately told me to wait and then ask if we are all going to have dinner there, to which I replied that perhaps the child would choose the establishment next door ( Macdonald) and with the greatest arrogance and lack of politeness he answers me that then I have to sit in the restaurant lobby, finally, send the lady to cleaning, so at least she is not in customer service because she is good enough to talk to the cart cleaning staff (with all due respect to the cleaning staff)
I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment

Today Mother's Day I went to eat at Cascade, I paid €38 for a special dog and a francesinha. I won't be back thank you

Last Saturday the 30th I went to dinner with my husband and my almost 3 year old son.My son ate a children's menu (chicken steak) and unfortunately he caught food poisoning... in just one week we went to the hospital 5 times!This situation is to be regretted.Never again will the waterfall... and for my part I guarantee that I will always give terrible feedback.

I don't usually complain about things, but I can't let it go unnoticed. I ate a francesinha and asked what the difference was between the francesinha xl and the francesinha cascade and I said that maybe it was a stupid question but I wanted to know if the size was different. The attendant said, "It's really a stupid question because the ingredients of each one are written on the paper." I think it's unacceptable to treat a person like that. It was at 3:00 pm.

Let's say I just went to Cascade and I was waiting for 15 minutes without customers inside the establishment. After those 15 minutes, an employee comes and says that the food will take around 25 to 30 minutes, considering that I'm a logistician and I only have 1 hour for lunch. I will never go back there again if it continues like this
