Nice riverside dinner spot with plenty of fish dishes to choose from. Our fish was swimming in oil however it did taste delicious and the portion size was huge and plenty for 2 people.
Dopo aver perso la cognizione del tempo in una bella passggiata lungo il Douro, presi da un attacco di fame, siamo capitati qui e c'è andata davvero bene! Il baccalà è buono, lo abbiamo preso a bras e alla maniera di porto, entrambi interessanti e generosi, sia in quantità che in condimento. Il caposala è stato molto attento. Promosso!
We arrived in Bacalhoeiro recommended by our guide in Porto, Carmen. He was not wrong when he pointed out that it is one of the best restaurants to eat cod and at a quite reasonable price.
Specifically, we tried the most requested ones, a la cream and Joao, both delicious and more than enough for 2 people.
It has been a very satisfactory experience and if we return to Porto, we will repeat to try other specialties.
