Terrible, horrible service. I arrived with 1 hour left before the restaurant closed, and there was almost no one there. I spoke to the waitress after waiting for about 10 minutes and she said she would serve me right away. The other customers besides me all left and I was never served. The kitchen was still open.
She started cleaning the other tables, mopping the floor, talking to another employee, while I was still there waiting to be served. I felt like a ghost.
After waiting for more than half an hour just to be served, I left. I had never seen this in my life.
Avoid this restaurant if you can. I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero.

I have been a customer at Borges Burguer for a long time, however lately the house has been losing its customer service. I ordered a burger without sauces from Bolt, it came with sauces. I took the initiative to go to the restaurant to make life easier for the employees. I was surprised when they sent me a burger without sauces but without the dose of potatoes. It was your mistake, I still took the precaution of going to the restaurant to make life easier for the staff and you don't even have to be careful to send freshly made potatoes? Am I forced to eat cold potatoes because of your mistake? The service wasn't like this when there was a man (I don't know if he's the owner) in front of the restaurant. Everyone makes mistakes, but please pay attention to the way you treat customers.

Juicy meat, the fries are homemade, by the way, very good.The service was very quick, we visited the place for the first time where we were immediately approached with concern and we were explained how the restaurant works.Ketchup and mustard are available on the tables.Very reduced waiting time.I advise.
