The training of certain employees should be reviewed. We order two iced lattes and we receive two Americanos. Furthermore, I am in despair at the waitress's rudeness when I ask her if it's really an iced latte when the coffee is lukewarm and without ice and she confirms that it's supposedly a latte. Making coffee again or apologizing would have been the least we could do.

There is another stand alone Buondi Caffe location elsewhere in Porto. This location is conveniently located in Mercado Beira-Rio. I've noticed other restaurants using Buondi Caffe around the Porto/Gaia area.They have a pretty decent espresso. Their Pastel De Nata is good and does the job, but in Porto/Gaia, there are so many other locations to get better Pasteis De Nata.
