Here I want to express my displeasure and dissatisfaction with this establishment regarding a reservation for a snack for 20 people at 3:30 pm made 15 days in advance. I made telephone contact with the owner and made two more confirmations, including one on the day before the event, which I had positive confirmation from the employees. Unbelievably, on the day of the event, just half an hour before the appointment, I received a phone call saying that they had no table or space for our event because they had received a last minute reservation that day and the room was still occupied. How was it possible for them to wait for the appointment time and with some people from our group already at the door to say that they didn't have the space available. For this reason, I classify this house as not very credible and unreliable, and its owner for his inelegance and lack of attitude when sending the employee to the door to leave a message that the room would not be available and for his lack of responsibility towards his commitments.
