After I arrived with an 11-month-old child on my lap and had already informed 2 employees that it would be a table for 4, an employee "shouted" from inside the counter to reserve a table for 4. After realizing the situation, I informed the employee that I was there before that call and had already requested a table for 4. To which she replied that she had already confirmed the reservation. I mentioned again that I had already requested the table before she told me to reserve the table and that this was a problem between colleagues and not me... Her honor thought that a reservation was more important than a customer there with a baby on your lap ???? Devaluing the situation and not wanting to be upset by the lack of professionalism, I asked what the waiting time would be... To which her answer was the following: "the time it takes for customers to eat and leave". Well, I could call this lady a lot of things, but I just prefer to downplay her ignorance and lack of knowledge of the law of priority assistance. I requested the complaints book and will now forward the complaint to the competent authority. As for the francesinha, it's a shame that I won't evaluate it, as I won't set foot there again thanks to the mediocre and arrogant service they provide.

Restaurant with a traditional image, spacious, friendly staff and without a doubt the best Francesinha we have eaten in all of Porto, they make it over a wood fire and it is spectacular. I also recommend their homemade desserts, such as camel baba, a Portuguese dessert. Very economical place.
Frenchies, good homemade potatoes, friendly staff, the sauce for me should be a little spicier. A little noisy but management is not to blame.
