After placing an order for chicken.To which they answered on the phone that they were going to bake it, which would take 25/30 minutes, so far so good.To my surprise, when the agreed time to take the chickens arrived, the “sir” on the grill didn't even show the chickens. Broke and packed.When I get home I notice that there is a lot of water in the outside bag and the paper bag that the chicken was packed in was all wet and leaking at best. But it wasn't sauce, but blood, as the chicken was all burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The “sir” who packed it knows perfectly well what he did because I think that being a “professional” he saw the bones full of blood when he cut them…It's unfortunate that you have a careless and unprofessional service, as you joke around a lot at the counter and give a careless image to the customer.

I placed an order over the phone, when I arrived at the scheduled time, I still had to wait for my turn to pick up the order, so far nothing to point out, but it turns out that out of four people at the service desk, only two were working.One on the grill and the other in attendance.Moral of the story, too long waiting time (no need, as you have placed an order) and a long queue.
