During my stay at the hotel, I had the opportunity to try some of the restaurant's gastronomic options and also the more informal bar space.Perfect service, very pleasant space where you want to be and enjoy. The menu has options for all tastes, including delicious vegetarian dishes. Good wine advice. I can still taste the Pavlova I finished one of my meals with!

The food is good, probably a bit expensive for the quality, but understandable due to the place where you are eating. What I cannot understand is the absolute absence of waiters during the almost 2 hours we were there. It was impossible to ask for bread, another drink, or for some water. When I was about to pass my credit card, the "you can insert here any other amount if you like" sentence was priceless. Definitely didn't worth it.

My wife and I were looking for a restaurant with a nice vibe and quality food. We stayed at the Hilton Porto - GAIA. We dined in COMPOSTO. The food was awesome and the wine list was incredible. Have to recognize the following staff: Luana, Samuel, Geremias and Thais. They made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Their attention to detail and caring was unmatched. I will forever remember the experience.

Normally I don't write reviews, but this restaurant really blew our minds! We were not expecting this level of culinary skills, especially at this price point. It's a shame we only found out about the restaurant now, because otherwise we'd surely have eaten here more often. Best service and price/quality ratio we encountered in Porto!
