Just had an amazing meal at Contramare Afurada! The barbecue seafood was incredibly fresh and bursting with natural flavors. This isn't a Michelin star restaurant, but the food is exceptionally tasty and satisfying. They also have a great selection of wines that complement the dishes perfectly. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are warm and welcoming. A must-visit for anyone who loves delicious, authentic seafood!

Overpriced and poorly served, but I must say that the service was actually good. 15 euros minimum per dish and this without side dishes. You order 1 portion of squid and you get 10 squids that, poor things, don't even fill your tooth, or if you go there to eat seafood rice or else it's not even worth it. For the price charged there should be much better quality, dried prawns swimming in olive oil This is just pickpocketing.

We went to the summer annex. We were walking along the road, when we observed the space practically on the riverfront. There were very polite professionals there with a lot of good will. We opted for the sardines and sea bass, they were good, but there weren't many options in this annex, that's good to say. We were very pleased with the happy lunch we had.

The worst sardines I've ever eaten in my entire life. Afurada, a restaurant with frozen dry sardines almost the size of candy canes, inedible crushed potatoes, tasteless peppers. It's August and you have to fool the unwary. Excellent restaurant for those who don't appreciate good raw materials.

Came here on recommendations from my family who visited a year ago, and we were not disappointed! Good food, good chill vibe on a cozy rainy evening. Shrimp skewers were awesome ? the potatoes were yummy. Such a nice atmosphere, homey feeling. Will definitely return next time we're in Portugal!
