I placed my order through UBER EATS, the delivery was changed 5 times!

I called and was not answered. I also didn't find how to complain about this situation on Uber Eats.

We don't ask for more, simple as that.

I'm one of a lot but we like to be treated the way we treat others.

Absolutely deplorable home delivery service! I paid a priority fee and they guaranteed delivery within 25-40 minutes. It took 60 minutes! The courier admitted that he made a mistake on the way, but did not apologize. Consequence: cold food! A complaint to Uber Eats had no effect, they gave the same automatic response 3 times and asked to complain to KFC.

I had been eating here several times, but my last visit today in March 2024 was not good. The chicken is juicy but has no taste and is full of oils. The potato chips are fine. You can refill your glass whenever you want. I probably ordered the wrong food today. With €7,45 for 5 pcs of hot wings, 1 potato chips, and drinkw, I advice you to pay more and get better healthy food.The good thing here is the service. The lady is attentive and friendly. It only took me less than 5 minutes until my order finished. They have 3 self payment machine with cards payment. They also accept in cash but be aware that they do not have enough change. You must pay with the fixed money and coins.

Spectacular service! I had some questions about the menus about which I received a good presentation and recommendation from the employees. As for the food, fresh ingredients, tenders are a must and delicious potatoes! Experience to repeat!

Employee Diana is rude, she is ill-disposed with customers and co-workers, people who were around were also complaining about the same, I don't understand why she wants to work in public combo and not have the minimum of education.
