I don't know the name of the manager who was there on Friday night, 9/08, but he was a very approachable guy, ready to resolve any situation with the customer, professional. He helped me with my doubts (it was my mistake) and even served me at the table. Humanized fast food :) congratulations

I have never been so disconsolate eating a menu, the fries are soft, they are warm, without flavor, they look like warmed cold potatoes, only the garlic sauce saved the flavor, the burger was supposedly double but super small, with thin meat , dry, disconsolate, the bread was also extremely dry, the burger was super tasteless, it needed to be filled with ketchup to taste like something decent The French wings were ok, they tasted like traditional chicken, with a good spiciness, which unfortunately interfered with the other flavors but was expected

The last 2 times I ate at this KFC I was definitely disappointed. The chicken was completely DRY and HARD as if it had been fried for a long time, the potatoes were cold and withered. And yesterday I was sure that I would never eat at this KFC again. It used to be good, unfortunately it isn't anymore.
Of all the KFCs I've been to, this is perhaps the one that takes the least care with food delivery (even though the restaurant is empty), however the place is pleasant, practical and the staff is friendly!

Bad experience. Total lack of staff organization. The orders were all changed. The potatoes of 2 qualities all mixed and cold... The burgers came changed and returned to the kitchen where the person in charge opened them and removed "things" from one side to the other, with a visible bad disposition, wrapping them again with the same wrappers where the sauces were all spilled on the paper... . The tenders that had been ordered, 5 units, arrived in 4, forcing me to go back to the counter to report the shortage!!! I noticed that we weren't the only ones to complain about the exchange of orders. It seems that the staff's only concern is delivering Ubereats and Glovo orders properly. I will not repeat the experience at this restaurant again!!! Regrettable.
There's no better fried chicken than at KFC. We always order the family bucket with corn cobs. The kids love it.
