La Tradizionale is a fantastic discovery, offering some of the best pizzas in Gaia. The risottos are also a highlight, with options like chicken and alheira. The cheese bread and focaccia starters are delicious, and the spaghetti carbonara is one of the best around. The staff is attentive and friendly, the space is welcoming with a good outdoor area, and there are plenty of vegetarian options available. A must-visit restaurant with great food and service.
