Terrible service. Bad food. They refused to serve us coffees when we were still within dinner hours, and we were entitled to them. They claimed that the machine was already clean. They didn't give us the surplus to which we were entitled. There were 2 slices for 11 people. We felt that the staff were being taken advantage of because we were from another country. The employee still tried to reverse the situation, but the manager maintained her rude attitude.
