Well, McDonald's Portugal is promoting food waste and deciding for the customer: now they only fill half of the mixed salad packaging. Additionally, they delivered the McChicken menu with lettuce completely removed from the sandwich and spread across the packaging. Half of the meat was outside the sandwich.

Today, April 30, 2024, we placed an order totaling 27€70 for 2 adult menus and one for children, the potatoes were all small, they would be the bottom of the bag and the nuggets were all cold and the coca cola was practically just ice. which they should only send with ice whoever chose to come with ice the order was via globo which didn't come to the home address my daughter fell because the courier didn't go to my residence...Rampa Monte da number 83 postal code 4400/508 The order was paid for to be delivered to my home, I am not satisfied with either the service or the courier, I will never make that mistake again, good afternoon.

Very clean, super attractive price for a perfect position with a view of the Douro!

I was waiting to be served after seeing advertising for breakfast menus when the employee told me that there was no breakfast service, I asked about the images on the screen and she replied that they were automatic!!!Seriously? Therefore, they must have a visible written indication informing them of the same. It is not acceptable in an international chain not to have correct information about the services they provide, as some counters do not serve all types of meals!!!
