I just stopped by again this morning. The music was so loud that I went elsewhere. Are you serious about playing the music this loud???? The place is magnificent but it is a shame that it is spoiled by extremely loud music in the morning. Unless it’s to make people leave faster. Please, is it possible to play the music softer or later in the day? Seriously, is this intentional? Is there a manager in this establishment??

I thought this would be a little bit touristy given the great location on the river, however… the best pastel de Nata I’ve had outside Lisbon, the savoury “carne de nata” was amazing, sangria was excellent and all reasonable priced.

We were ignored. Staff is not friendly. There is no hospitality here. We got lukewarm coke and had to ask several times if someone wanted to clean the table for us. The location itself is very nice, with good views over the river. We ourselves would not come back here

Nice little place on the river. We ate outside and although it was quite busy we were served quickly. They asked us to pay at the table so we didn't have to queue at the cash register. Affordable prices and average food quality. I advise.

Why is this place rated so low? I don't know. I was fully satisfied with the service, friendliness, and price here. If you sit at the table and wait, they will come to take your order. Egg tarts and nata are also delicious. The food here is better than other famous places on the hill near the Lello Bookstore and the cathedral. The pastry is thin and crispy. Above all, I also recommend Daegu Nata?? Stayed in Porto for 4 nights and 5 days, visited twice and packed once. Everything is good, but the bathroom is a bit weird.
We arrived and nobody came up to out table, even though there were at least 5 waitresses working. After 20 minutes I went inside and asked if we are supposed to come to them to order or what. After another 10 minutes finally a waitress came up to us. In the 2nd largest city of Portugal you would assume they cam speak English, well wrong. She finally understood what we ordered, made us pay amd then we received our food which was also definitely not worth the price. We got the hamburgers but not the natas we ordered so we told a waitress, she literally pointed to another one and we had to wait another 10 minutes until we could eat the natas. In conclusion very unprofessional and overpriced for what u get.

Came to the restaurant and waited for 15 minutes until the waiter approached, I wanted to order some port wine and I asked the waiter what kind of wine do you have? And he said regular! What’s regular bro?! Then my friend came and waited another 10 minutes just an order to order some coffee and bakery , again asking the waiter what kind of coffee is it and he says again regular -bro what is regular?! by the way the coffee was awful. Anyway, don’t waste your time and money on this place . Nice view here tho. This is my honest opinion.
