Today, my wife, my son and I went to dinner, and we sat at the counter, as we wanted to be served quickly because we were at my father-in-law's wake and didn't want to be away for too long. After we were seated, it was taking a while for someone to come and serve us and I asked the gentleman (Vitor) who was at the grill to give us the list so we could choose, to which he replied that he wasn't the one doing that service. I asked who could help and got the answer that the person indicated was out there and that it would be better to go to a table. This Mr. Vitor should worry about captivating customers and being more friendly. I don't plan on going back there, even though I live on the street next door.

You have good comments regarding the service, however I don't agree... the waitress left us for about 20 minutes without taking our order, the head waiter had to arrive to take it... the same one, the head waiter , without a bit of patience to explain to those of us who don't know Portuguese food, another waitress with a disastrous attitude when charging.
Maybe they were already tired or had a bad day (and Portugal beat Turkey 3 to 1) and I understand it, but the diner and much less the tourist expect treatment like that even if the food is delicious and the price is very affordable.
I will definitely return, but not for the service but for the quality of the food.

Take away service very expensive! In 2022, a suggestion of duck rice for one person would cost around €5. It was reasonably well served. I ate it for lunch and had leftovers for the night. I had enough duck meat that I even shared it with my 2 kittens. In 2024, for no apparent reason or justification other than the boss's greed, the same suggestion of duck rice was reduced to almost half the quantity, duck meat requires a magnifying glass to find it, and the price increased to €9. A ROBBERY in capital letters! For me it was goodbye! ??

Excellent value for money, frankly difficult to do better. Quality dishes at more than reasonable prices. Very friendly staff, one of the waitresses speaks French fluently, that can help. We returned there 3 evenings in a row (4 people), each time eating different dishes, each one as good as the next. You can go there with your eyes closed
