We went for dinner there tonight. We had a reservation for 7pm. It took us 1 hour and a half to receive the food. The cod arrived and it smelled bad and the francesinha came cold. We called it to attention and we didn't even receive an apology.
Unfriendly and unapproachable staff.

Dish of the day, baked veal, cold!!!
He hadn't seen the oven for a few hours!!!!!
I was served the same plate again, with the same ingredients (!?) still cold.
The third time, I preferred to go somewhere else to eat hot food… it’s so simple. No one responsible, nothing...
Really, you should never set foot there. I was born in Porto and I have never seen this. There are much better places 2 minutes away on foot.
Plus it had no taste, and no solution for eating hot.

As a rule, I'm not one to complain and expose cases, but the lack of professionalism and ability to admit a mistake was something that deeply bothered me!
Yesterday I booked a table (10 people) for today at 8:30 pm without any problems and without any prior notice about time limits.
At the appointed time (8:30 pm) we entered and checked the tables were all filled..., as soon as it was opportune we asked the employee about our table (previous day's reservation) and the answer was surprising: "your table has already been occupied because we only do reservations until 8pm".
In other words, the inability to manage an agenda was obvious, but as if that wasn't enough, they still tried to "shake the water out of the bag" and make it our fault!!!
It is with this type of attitude and this lack of respect that they lose a frequent customer.
My friends, my money is the same everywhere and paying for a service like that, I can do without.

I liked the space and the food, but the waiter who served us left a lot to be desired... zero friendliness, never showed a smile and when asking for the Wi-Fi password he whispered and didn't even show attention to my question as to which network that I should choose.
Friendliness is essential in this type of establishment. I couldn't help but express my displeasure in this situation.
We pay and we still have to deal with dislike from the employees, these types of employees should be well selected...
Sympathy behind a business is essential.
