The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is good. High price. Despite it being quite calm at 2.30pm it took fifteen minutes for someone to come to me although I tried to call twice. The conversation between employees must have been good, perhaps a lack of training or vocation.

Even though the quality is good, the service needs to improve, tables are free and no one comes to ask for a seat, people are queuing in the cold unnecessarily. There were two of us and there were several tables of two free and yet we waited around 10 minutes to enter. It doesn't make sense.

I've always been a fan and frequenter of the restaurant, but lately the quality has been declining! Today we were there in a group of 8 people, and we made a point of going there after lunch at a nearby restaurant, to enjoy the coffee and desserts! What a disappointment! The cream puffs, completely soft, seemed like they were from the day before, the bean cake had a hard “shell” that separated from the filling and the bubble waffle had an oil flavor! The service is reasonable, as the staff are always changing! There has never been a “room manager” responsible for the attendants! The place is still beautiful, but that's not enough for us to continue being customers!

The trend of leaving customers outside to make it look like there are a lot of people inside When there were 5 tables free and there were customers outside waiting. Poor service
Bad experience. The initial service, nothing to write home about. From then on, everything was to be desired, we ordered passion fruit lemonades and they brought normal ones, when I went to inform them that they came wrong, the girl who made them wanted to argue that we had ordered normal ones, when her colleague categorically stated that it was on the passion fruit register. They even told us to take the glasses to the counter, and not even an apology for what happened. The waitress (I believe this is because she has a different colored polo shirt) seemed incredulous that something had gone wrong, and ignored it when she said that the crepe that should have come with the rest of the order had not been delivered. And as I was close to the crepe making area I saw that no employee was there until another order of crepes was placed. The situation is regrettable and the employee's arrogance is even more regrettable. I won't be returning, I've been to this place many times and recommended it to many friends, but I can't recommend it anymore after this
