What a bad experience. Due to an error on the part of the employee, they gave me the wrong order. Being the first time I tried acai I had no idea what it looked like then, so as they gave it to me, I kept it. After a while a girl arrives saying that my order was the one I had in my hand, I apologize and say that it's no problem, I'm going to pay for it. IMPORTANT: I have spoken to you all the time in English although I can handle myself well in Spanish. I go in to pay for the wrong order and the girl at the checkout says something to me in Portuguese. When I don't understand, the blonde girl with blue eyes tells the colleague 'she's a gringa' in front of me. I haven't said anything because I felt very uncomfortable and I felt even more uncomfortable when the person at the cashier told me that I had to realize that it wasn't my order (I had told her that I didn't know what it was and if she recommended me so That reproach made no sense). Since they talked to the boss to make me pay for the second order, I hope he reads this comment too. Terrible treatment.

Best açaí is in Oakberry chains, everytime we are in Gaia we come here to have their açaí bowl. Super delicious, best dessert for summer, makes u cool down, and also nutritious that u don’t need to eat next 3-5 hours.

Nothing special, this doesn’t taste like PURE açai never, and they lady is rude, She controls the extras and adds NOTHING, not to mention that the acai is definitely altered and mixed with water because it is pure ice and not fruit. The worst e I can tell it for experiences that I am a hunter for good açaís bowls.
