Slow and poor customer service
Good service... the croissants ?are great, super fresh (but you have to pay attention to the promotion as the staff don't make them, I bought 6 and they didn't offer me 7). As for the cakes ?, you have to pay close attention as they are not at all fresh, some are more than 2 days old ??. The only fresh cakes are the ones he keeps near the bread and croissants. The ones they put in the window are already old. Which only harms them because their cupcakes and custard tarts are very good when they are fresh from the day. They should be stricter and try to improve to keep customers.
Nice cafe, with several pastries and bakery options. The quality is fair to good, depending on what you eat. Some parking available and well located, on 109. There is an ATM outside and it is possible to play Santa Casa games in this location.
I ordered from the APP to good to go (Supposedly we collect products at a higher value). So I order snacks to take away. When my wife went to pick it up, the owner was extremely rude and arrogant, she said she had nothing to give... The password doesn't give anything, we paid and her luck was that it wasn't me, because what she sold was left there (3 snacks and 4 cakes, exactly what we pay for at APP, which doesn't happen in other establishments) Humility can't be learned and this lady should dedicate me to other things, like agriculture for example.
