They didn't want to serve us anything twice because we were tourists, even though we were there at the correct opening time. Very unfriendly staff, as a tourist I wouldn't recommend eating there. There's a much better restaurant a few meters away! If i could i would give them 0

We've been to this restaurant twice during our stay in Alvor. Both times, the food and service has been excellent, in a pleasant environment with plenty of space between tables. I'd thoroughly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Really nice service, good menu choices and excellent food. We went twice, the Angus sirloin steaks are tender and tasty and the same quality cuts are used in the Portuguese style steaks. The pizzas are thin and crispy, average prices €70 plus tip

This restaurant had a lovely family run feel about it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We were returning on Sunday for dinner but it was closed, but ibwas delighted to see sign say closed to have" rest day for staff" we need more like this.
We eat with our family of 4 adults and 4 young children. The food was excellent and the best choice for the kids. They love the desserts but also the ice cream parlour next door which cater for one of the kids who could only have non dairy

We were seated in the outdoor area, which was intimate and cosy. Shared an Italian style bread with garlic, mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. One serving was more than enough for 2. Sauvignon wine is excellent at €16. The house speciality tonight was pigs cheek with mash and veg. To die for. My husband had a delicious tuna pizza. The restaurant was spotless. Staff is quick, efficient, and friendly. I've been coming to Alvor for over 20 years and don't remember giving such a good review. The total bill was €51 for 2 people, including wine.. -

Last year I described this restaurant as reliable. Last night’s meal was definitely an upgrade. A tweaked menu, outstanding service and a new chef turned out to be an outstanding meal. Will be back during our stay.
