Bad experience just entering!! While my partner was looking for a table, I was going inside looking for the bathroom when someone stopped me, a big, rough girl and told me where I was going... I told her to go to the bathroom, to which she replied that it was only for clients... and I confirmed to him that I was going into the bathroom and that I was going to consume, but with that answer he turned around and I was no longer going to stay! The girl started yelling perfectly in Spanish with bad taste to which I told her that she was unfriendly and that she had lost the chance of two clients. It's a shame...because they spoke very well to me about the place...but with a worker like that...no way!! With the friendly and kind people who are generally all here in Portugal!! I found the exception...hahaha

Good food and service. I’m a tourist, came here for my last meal in Porto, and asked for suggestions like very local food. The curly hair young man who served me suggested a fried sausage and that was delicious. Other food and drinks on the picture were delicious too. The service was super good, he was super friendly nice gentle and patient. Definitely recommend.

The location is good and place is fine but the waitress is not very welcoming and polite with the customers. And the vegetarian francesinha is terrible. It’s just bread and cheese and the « vegetables » they put to replace the 3 meats is just shabby and gross lettuce. As they sell it the same price as the regular francesinhas, we could at least have peppers or aubergines.
Vegetarian options: Terrible! It’s just a « pretend » vegetarian option and honestly not tasty at all.
We ate at this restaurant this afternoon. The staff is friendly with a smile :) The dishes are good and very generous. Very good value for money ! We recommend ++ the atmosphere is very pleasant, far from cars.
