Restaurante Retiro do Paniceiro offers a great dining experience with quality ingredients, good service, and a nice atmosphere. The hake with turnip greens and feijão rice is highly recommended. The staff is very helpful in assisting with menu choices. The veal with roasted potatoes is amazing, and the extra touches provided make this restaurant a gem in Canidelo.

The sangria is also very good, and the staff are attentive. The environment is very welcoming, although the room for larger groups is a little cramped.
The family-run restaurant has a rustic and very welcoming atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the food is divine, including tender octopus fillets and green rice with beans that is probably the best naughty rice ever eaten. The cream milk is better than homemade.
