Good food but expensive for what it was. 30-year-old dark-skinned employee trying to be friendly, however, he lacked respect for customers and was even inappropriate.

Good food too but I have to put a downside on the service....

Server not coordinated in the information.... we had starter + main course at the same time because we forgot the starter.
It's a bit messy unfortunately when there are a lot of people.

Either we had a good time anyway.

We, a party of two, ordered 1 pizza at 2:40pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was not full by any means. We had to ask about the pizza a few times and were told 5 more minutes. It finally arrived at 3.45pm, over an hour after we ordered. Over an hour for a single pizza is unacceptable, even at the busiest of places. If this place is understaffed or has ridiculous wait times for whatever reason, it should be communicated with the guests, who may have other places to be. We felt like we wasted a good hour of our time in Porto waiting for an okay pizza.

We saw people who arrived after us, getting served first, because they had ordered many drinks/appys etc.

On top of this, the staff purposely avoids eye contact, while walking around with a smirk. We even saw this one waitress, roll her eyes after multiple interactions with friendly customers. Overall, our worst dining experience in all of Portugal thus far.

Food is disgusting. I mean , just don’t order anything other than starters and drinks . It’s not place to eat anything. Plus it’s overpriced for this super low quality. Only waitress and wine was nice .

We decided to sit in this restaurant for a quick bite before we catch the cable car to the top of the bridge.
We ordered the Caesar salad which didn't look anything like a Caesar salad. It had tomato, carrot and arugula on it!!!!
The pizzas were average, the sauce was not tasty at all, probably a ready made sauce from the market
The service was not bad, they were responsive and nice. The only thing I liked about this restaurant was the location and the view. You're right on the river looking at the Porto old town from across the river

First of all, the menu is just in english, german and french. The staff doesnt know portuguese and obviously the restaurant is in porto and they should know. It is just for tourist. They told us they didn’t have space in the second floor and they lied to us. You only have this privilege if you are from specific countries

A nice Italian restaurant located right on the river promenade. It's usually quite busy, but the waiters try to make things possible. The staff is very friendly and the service is generally very good. The food is very tasty and the price is completely reasonable.

The food (Brusceta, Pizza Sofia, Tiramisu) is perfect and you also have an excellent view of the old town from the 2nd floor.
